Ingredients

  • 8 oz Louisiana Fish Fry Products Tartar Sauce
  • 4 oz Louisiana Fish Fry Products Remoulade Dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. Louisiana Fish Fry Products Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 Ibs. red potatoes
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

  1. Peel and quarter potatoes, then boil until fork-tender. Transfer boiled potatoes to a large bowl.
  2. Roughly chop hard-boiled eggs. Add eggs, Tartar Sauce, Remoulade Sauce, Cajun Seasoning, and sugar to the bowl with the potatoes. Mix until thoroughly combined or half the potatoes are creamy and half remain chunky. Enjoy!
