Wow your guests at the game with a jammin’ jambalaya! Our flavorful take on a Cajun classic will be a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. Throw in your favorite seafood for a personalized twist!
- 1 (7.5 oz) box Louisiana Fish Fry Cajun Jambalaya Rice Mix
- 1 cooked rotisserie chicken, deboned and cut into small pieces
- 1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into small pieces
- 1 small chopped onion
- 3 stalks fine cut celery
- 2 1/4 cups of water
Jambalaya Mix - Box 7.5 oz
Combine cooked meat and contents of package with water in a medium sauce pan and stir. Bring to a boil, stir and cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Stir ONCE while cooking. Let sit 5 minutes, serve and ENJOY!
