An American classic with a Cajun kick! Elevate your meatloaf with our bold Cajun Seasoning and Seafood Sauce for a true Louisiana twist. Pair it with our Spicy Cajun Green Beans and Out-of-Mayo Potato Salad for the ultimate Southern spread!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Louisiana Fish Fry Products Cajun Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Louisiana Fish Fry Products Seafood Sauce
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/3 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • parsley flakes to taste

Optional Ingredients for Serving

  • Out-of-Mayo Potato Salad
  • Spicy Cajun Green beans

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix by hand until evenly distributed. 
  2. Shape into a loaf approximately 13×9 inches and place in a roasting pan. 
  3. Sprinkle parsley on top and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches at least 165° F. Slice, serve with mashed potatoes or potato salad and green beans, and enjoy!
