Farewell to the same old tuna salad… There’s a new tuna in town! Louisiana Fish Fry Remoulade Sauce brings the flavor to a lunchtime favorite. Cajuns know seafood best! Why should tuna salad be any exception?

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Louisiana Fish Fry Remoulade Dressing
  • 7 oz can of tuna fish
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 hard boiled egg, chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste

Optional

  • Sliced apples
  • Walnuts

PREPARATION

Drain tuna, break into pieces. Combine next seven ingredients lightly. Serve on lettuce, bread, or stuffed tomato.
