Ingredients

  • 1 bag Louisiana Fish Fry Products Shrimp Fry, 10 oz
  • 1/2 bottle Louisiana Fish Fry Products Remoulade Sauce
  • 1 lb. medium-large shrimp
  • 1–2 Tbsp. club soda

Directions

  1. Peel and clean the shrimp, then place in cold water to keep fresh.
  2. In a bowl, mix Remoulade Sauce and club soda. In another bowl, pour Shrimp Fry. Heat oil over medium-high to reach 350°F (the oil is ready when a pinch of breading sizzles without burning).
  3. Dip each shrimp into the Remoulade Sauce mixture, ensuring they are fully coated, then firmly press into the Shrimp Fry until completely coated.
  4. Fry shrimp at 350°F until golden brown and internal temperature is 145°F. 
  5. Serve hot with additional Remoulade Sauce for dipping and enjoy!
