Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Louisiana Fish Fry Products Cajun Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Louisiana Fish Fry Products Seafood Sauce
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup bell pepper, chopped
- parsley flakes to taste

- Out-of-Mayo Potato Salad
- Spicy Cajun Green beans
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix by hand until evenly distributed.
- Shape into a loaf approximately 13×9 inches and place in a roasting pan.
- Sprinkle parsley on top and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches at least 165° F. Slice, serve with mashed potatoes or potato salad and green beans, and enjoy!
