Ingredients
- 1 package Louisiana Fish Fry Seasoned Chicken Fry
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- ½ cup cold water
- Oil for frying
- 4 flour tortillas (6-inch)
- Lettuce, shredded
- Shredded cheese
- Optional: Louisiana Fish Fry Remoulade Sauce
Directions
- Mix batter: In a bowl, combine 5 tbsp Chicken Fry mix with ½ cup cold water to make a batter.
- Dip tenders into the batter, coating fully.
- Press coated tenders into remaining dry Chicken Fry mix until completely covered.
- Fry at 350°F until golden brown and internal temp reaches 165°F (about 5–7 minutes).
- Warm tortillas and layer with lettuce, cheese, and 1–2 fried tenders.
