Cheddar Jalapeño Cornbread is a delicious twist on traditional cornbread. With just the right amount of heat from the jalapeños and a creamy, cheesy flavor from the cheddar, it’s sure to be a hit at your next meal.

  • 1/3 cup of milk
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños

    TO MAKE CORNBREAD: Preheat oven to 400° F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan or cast-iron skillet and set aside. Combine Cornbread Mix with melted butter, milk, diced jalapeños, cheddar cheese and egg. Stir just until the mixture comes together and mixture is smooth. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 18-20 minutes, until the top is golden brown and toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Enjoy!
