Who says Blackened Seasoning is just for fish? Try it on pork tenderloin for a bold, flavorful crust that’s so good, you’ll never cook it any other way!

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. Louisiana Fish Fry Products Cajun Blackened Seasoning
  • 1 pork tenderloin (approximately 1 lb.)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • heavy duty aluminum foil, 18" in length

Directions

  1. Prepare the tenderloin by removing all fat and silver skin. Season generously with Blackened Seasoning and place directly on a hot grill to sear for 2 minutes on each side, flipping once to sear the seasoning into the meat for optimal flavor.
  2. Remove from the grill and place on a sheet of aluminum foil. Spread olive oil over the entire tenderloin, then wrap it tightly with the foil.
  3. Cook on indirect heat for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F, turning every 10 minutes.
