Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. Louisiana Fish Fry Cajun Blackened Seasoning
- 1 pork tenderloin (approximately 1 lb.)
- 1/4 cup first cold pressed olive oil
- heavy duty aluminum foil, 18" in length
Recommended Products
Blackened Fish Seasoning 2.5 oz
PREPARATION
Prepare tenderloin by removing all fat and the silver skin. Season generously with Louisiana Fish Fry Cajun Blackened Seasoning. Place directly on hot grill and sear for 2 minutes on each side; turning once (this sears the seasoning into the meat for optimum flavor). Remove from grill and place on sheet of aluminum foil. Spread olive oil over entire tenderloin and then wrap tightly with foil. Cook on indirect heat for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 155° F, turning every 10 minutes.
