Ingredients

  • 1 box Louisiana Fish Fry Products Fruit Cobbler Mix
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 1/2 8 oz cans of apple pie filling
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, melted

Optional Ingredients for Serving

  • Vanilla ice cream

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Add melted butter to a 9”x9” baking dish. In a bowl, combine Cobbler Mix and milk, then stir in 1/2 cup of chopped pecans.
  2. Add sliced bananas and pie filling to the pan. Pour the prepared cobbler mix over the fruit and top with the remaining 1/2 cup of chopped pecans.
  3. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream or cold like coffee cake. Enjoy!
