Bananas Foster Pecan Cobbler

In the market for a dessert your guests will go bananas for? Look no further: our Cobbler Mix is the perfect complement to a tasty banana filling…made distinctly Louisiana with a pecan crunch. Perfect for the Bananas Foster fans in your life–without the fire hazard!

Ingredients

1 box Louisiana Fish Fry Products Fruit Cobbler Mix
1 banana, sliced
2 1/2 8 oz cans of apple pie filling
1 cup chopped pecans
2/3 cup milk
4 Tbsp. butter, melted

Optional Ingredients for Serving

Vanilla ice cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Add melted butter to a 9”x9” baking dish. In a bowl, combine Cobbler Mix and milk, then stir in 1/2 cup of chopped pecans.
Add sliced bananas and pie filling to the pan. Pour the prepared cobbler mix over the fruit and top with the remaining 1/2 cup of chopped pecans.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream or cold like coffee cake. Enjoy!
