Ingredients
- 1 (7.5 oz) box Louisiana Fish Fry Cajun Jambalaya Rice Mix
- 1 cooked rotisserie chicken, deboned and cut into small pieces
- 1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into small pieces
- 1 small chopped onion
- 3 stalks fine cut celery
- 2 1/4 cups of water
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine cooked meat, the contents of the package, and water. Stir well.
- Bring to a boil, then stir and cover the pan.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring once during cooking.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
