Ingredients

  • 1 package of Louisiana Fish Fry Products Blackened Seasoning
  • 6 - 8 oz grouper filets
  • 4 oz butter, melted

Directions

  1. Sprinkle grouper filets with Blackened Seasoning on both sides. Preheat the cast iron skillet until it smokes. 
  2. Dip filets in melted butter then gently place in skillet and cook for 2 minutes. Reduce heat and carefully flip filets. Cook until brick red in color, but no darker. Pour 1 Tbsp. melted butter over each filet and continue cooking until flaky and white. Serve hot and enjoy!
