Indulge in crispy fried chicken without sacrificing flavor or your lifestyle! Perfectly seasoned, Louisiana Fish Fry’s easy to use Classic Fried Chicken Keto Coating Mix is made so you can enjoy the delicious, crunchy food you love.

Ingredients

  • LFF Keto Seasoned Coating Mix (approx. 10 oz.)
  • 4 lbs. Bone-in, skin-on Chicken Thighs (note this might change to skinless tenders) NOTE: air dry in fridge up to 24 hours in advance
  • Egg for egg wash
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Directions

In a medium-sized bowl, coat chicken in egg wash.
Dredge chicken in Keto seasoned coating mix.
Shake off excess coating mix and carefully placed in a preheated deep fryer or frying pan. Deep fry at 350 for 3-5 minutes.
Chicken should be golden brown and crisp.
