Chicken & Sausage Gumbo
- Combine cold water or chicken stock (6 cups) and Entree Mix in a 4qt. pot. Bring to a boil on medium to high heat, stirring frequently.
- Add cooked chicken and/or sausage (2 lbs.). Bring to a second boil, then reduce heat to low.
- Cover pot and simmer for 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Sitr occasionally. Ensure meat is thoroughly cooked to 165°F. Remove from heat. Enjoy!
Seafood Gumbo
- Combine cold water or seafood stock (6 cups) and Entree Mix in a 4qt. pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add uncooked seafood (2 lbs.). Bring to a second boil, then reduce heat to low.
- Cover pot and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender. Sitr occasionally. Ensure seafood is thoroughly cooked to 145°F. Remove from heat. Enjoy!
