Ingredients

Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour ([Bleached Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Malted Barley Flour), Cornstarch, Dried Onion, Salt, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Monosodium Glutamate, Spices, Caramel Color, Dried Garlic, Natural Flavor. Cooking Instructions

Chicken & Sausage Gumbo

  1. Combine cold water or low-sodium stock (6.5 cups) and Gumbo Base in a 4qt. pot. Bring to a boil on medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
  2. Add cooked chicken and/or sausage (2-2.5 lbs.). Bring to a second boil then reduce heat to low.
  3. Cover pot and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat. Ensure meat is thoroughly cooked to 165°F. Serve over cooked rice. Enjoy!

Seafood Gumbo

  1. Combine cold water or low-sodium stock (6.5 cups) and Gumbo Base in a 4qt. pot. Bring to a boil on medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
  2. Add uncooked seafood (2-2.5 lbs.), cover and continue boiling for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat. Ensure seafood is thoroughly cooked to 145°F. Serve over cooked rice. Enjoy!
