Fried oysters are perfect on their own, but they also make for a delicious addition to po’ boys, salads, or served as an appetizer dipped in Tartar Sauce. And with our easy-to-follow recipe, you can make restaurant-quality fried oysters right in your own kitchen.

Ingredients

  • Louisiana Fish Fry's Seasoned Fish Fry Breading Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups of half and half
  • 3 lbs raw oysters
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

    PREPARATION

    Mix together 2 beaten eggs and 2 cups of half and half. Pat oysters dry with a paper towel. Coat oysters in egg wash mix, then dip in in seafood breading mix. Deep fry oysters at 350° F for 2 -3 mins, flipping halfway through. Remove from heat. Serve oysters with remoulade sauce and enjoy!
