Ingredients: WATER, SALT, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE (DISTILLED VINEGAR, MOLASSES, CORN SYRUP, WATER, SALT, CARAMEL (COLOR), GARLIC POWDER, SUGAR, SPICES, CELERY SEED, TAMARIND EXTRACT, NATURAL FLAVOR), DRIED GARLIC, SOYBEAN OIL (HIGHLY REFINED), DISTILLED VINEGAR, DRIED ONION, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF XANTHAN GUM, PROPYLENE GLYCOL ALGINATE (GUM), SPICES, YEAST EXTRACT (FLAVOR), NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS, GARLIC PUREE (GARLIC, VINEGAR), SODIUM ACID SULFATE (ACID MODIFIER), PHOSPHORIC ACID, POTASSIUM SORBATE AND SODIUM BENZOATE (PRESERVATIVES), CELERY SEED, CARAMEL (COLOR), SODIUM PHOSPHATE (ACID MODIFIER), CITRIC ACID, BETA CAROTENE (COLOR), PAPRIKA, NATURAL SMOKE FLAVOR, PAPRIKA EXTRACT.
- Shake well. Pour marinade into a separate container to prevent contamination.
- Inject deeply into meat at several points for even distribution. Use 1-2 fl. oz. per injection. Fry, bake or smoke.
FOR TURKEY:
- Inject 2 fl. oz. of marinade deep into each of the following locations: 1 each in legs, 1 each in thighs, 4 in breast.
CAJUN FRIED TURKEY:
- Deep fry whole turkey at 300F for 4 minutes per pound.
- Remove from oil, drain, and let stand for 10-15 minutes before serving.
