Ingredients

Directions

TO MAKE CUT-OUT BISCUITS: Preheat oven to 450° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat with cooking spray. Combine Biscuit Mix and milk until dough forms, then turn onto a floured surface and shape into a ball. Knead and fold dough over 2-3 times while incorporating the cubed, cold butter. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thick and cut with a 2-inch cutter without twisting. Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Brush with reserved melted butter. Enjoy!

And in the spring use apricots, strawberries or rhubarb.
