Ingredients
Yellow Corn Meal, Yellow Corn Flour, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Spices, Citric Acid, Dried Garlic, Paprika, Tricalcium Phosphate (To Prevent Caking)
Cooking Instructions
Deep Fry
- In a pot, preheat enough oil to fully cover fish to 350°F. Rinse fish in ice water and pat dry.
- Firmly press fish into the Seafood Breading Mix until completely coated. Flip and firmly press again.
- Deep fry fish until golden brown and internal temperature is 145°F. Enjoy!
Pan Fry
- In a pan, preheat 1/2 inch of oil to 350°F. Rinse fish in ice water and pat dry.
- Firmly press fish into the Seafood Breading Mix until completely coated. Flip and firmly press again.
- Gently place fish in hot oil. Once golden brown, flip seafood and continue cooking. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F. Enjoy!
Bake/Air Fry
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Rinse fish in ice water and pat dry. Prepare egg wash by beating eggs together.
- Firmly press fish into the Seafood Breading Mix until completely coated. Wash fish in egg mixture then press in Seafood Breading Mix again.
- Place coated fish on a sheet pan with a wire rack. Cook until golden brown and to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F. Enjoy!
