Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour ([Bleached Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Malted Barley Flour), Yellow Corn Flour, Cornstarch, Salt, Leavening (Cornstarch, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Monosodium Glutamate, Spices, Citric Acid, Dried Garlic, Paprika, Tricalcium Phosphate (To Prevent Caking).

- Combine Seafood Batter Mix (entire package) and beer or club soda (1 cup) in a large bowl.
- Dip fish into the Seafood Batter mixture until completely coated. Shake off excess batter.
- Heat oil to 350° F. Slowly dip each piece in the hot oil and hold for 2-3 seconds before dropping into the deep fryer. Fry until golden brown and internal temperature is 145°F. Enjoy!
