Water, salt, worcestershire sauce concentrate (vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, water, salt, caramel color, garlic powder, sugar, spices, tamarind, natural flavor, sulfating agent), granulated garlic, granulated onion, natural flavor, soybean oil, chicken base (chicken and chicken stock, salt, hydrolyzed corn and wheat gluten, soy and wheat protein, chicken fat, sugar, maltodextrin, whey, natural flavoring, autolyzed yeast extract, hydrolyzed sodium cascinate, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, natural extractives of turmeric and annatto), spices and flavorings, xanthan gum (thickening agent), carotenal (for color). CONTAINS: MILK, WHEAT, & SOY
- Shake well. Pour marinade into a separate container to prevent contamination.
- Inject deeply into meat at several points for even distribution. Use 1-2 oz per injection. Fry, bake or smoke.
FOR TURKEY:
- Inject 2 oz of marinade deep into each of the following locations: 1 each in legs, 1 each in thighs, 4 in breast.
CAJUN FRIED TURKEY:
- Deep fry whole turkey at 300F for 4 minutes per pound.
- Remove from oil, drain, and let stand for 10-15 minutes before serving.
