TO MAKE CORNBREAD
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan or cast-iron skillet well and set aside.
- Combine Cornbread Mix with melted butter, milk, and egg. Stir just until the mixture comes together and mixture is smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Enjoy!
TO MAKE CORNBREAD MUFFINS:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Follow instructions above to form batter.
- Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups or lightly spray with cooking spray. Spoon the batter into muffin cups.
