- In one bowl, mix Chicken Batter mix (1/2 cup) and cold water (2/3 cup). In another bowl, mix remaining dry mix and cold water (3 Tbsp.) to make a fine crumble.
- Pat chicken dry. Coat in crumble, dip in batter, then coat with crumble again.
