Cooking Instructions

Moisten chicken thoroughly with egg wash OR cold water.
Firmly press protein or vegetables into the Seasoned Coating Mix. Shake off excess and place protein or vegetables in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Lightly spray with cooking spray.
Air fry at 400F for 10-15 minutes (375F for 15-20 minutes for bone-in chicken). Flip halfway through cooking time and lightly spray with cooking spray. Chicken should be golden brown and have an internal temperature of 165F.
