- Moisten chicken thoroughly with egg wash OR cold water.
- Firmly press protein or vegetables into the Seasoned Coating Mix. Shake off excess and place protein or vegetables in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 400F for 10-15 minutes (375F for 15-20 minutes for bone-in chicken). Flip halfway through cooking time and lightly spray with cooking spray. Chicken should be golden brown and have an internal temperature of 165F.
