    • 4.5 lb. bag of Louisiana Fish Fry Classic Crawfish Shrimp & Crab Boil
    • 4.06 lb. bag of Louisiana Fish Fry CAJUN FIRE Crawfish Shrimp & Crab Boil if you like it hot!

CHOOSE YOUR FLAVOR BOOSTS
(we recommend using them all to maximize your flavor!):

  • One 16 oz. Bottle Louisiana Fish Fry Crawfish Shrimp & Crab Boil Liquid
  • One 3 oz. bag Louisiana Fish Fry Boil-in Bag Crawfish Shrimp & Crab Seed Boil
  • Boil Booster bag(s) of your choice – Herbal Overload, Zesty Citrus, Smashed Garlic, or all three!
  • Cajun Drip bag of your choice – Viet-Cajun, Chili Crush, or Twisted Citrus
    • 1 cup melted butter per 5-7 lbs. of crawfish
    • ½ cup reserved boil water or stock per 5-7 lbs. of crawfish

THE CRAWFISH & FIXIN’S:

  • One 35-40 lb. sack of live crawfish
  • 4 lbs. new potatoes
  • 2 lbs. quartered onions
  • 5 garlic pods
  • 1 lb. quartered lemons
  • 10-15 corn cobettes

Start by giving your live crawfish a good rinse with fresh water until it runs clear. Never add salt. Be sure to remove any dead crawfish.

Fill your boiling pot with enough water to cover the seafood (8 to 10 gallons depending on the size of your pot). Add a your “Sack Sized” boil and bring the water to a rolling boil.

Toss in a Boil Booster (or all three!) and add in your Liquid Boil and Seed Bag Crab Boil for an extra flavor explosion! Add the potatoes, onions, garlic, and lemons to your boil basket. Carefully lower the basket into the boiling water and boil for about 10 minutes before adding crawfish.

Add the clean crawfish and boil for 4 to 5 minutes after the water resumes boiling. Turn off the burner – if you’re adding frozen corn, now’s the time to throw it in (a bag of ice can be added for faster cooling and seasoning absorption, too)! Let the crawfish soak for 15-20 minutes, tasting as you go. The longer you soak, the spicier it will be!

When you’re ready to dig in, mix melted butter, reserved boil water or stock, and a Cajun Drip seasoning packet in a large bowl. Add crawfish and toss to coat for some finger-licking goodness!

Boiling another batch? Reuse the water but cut the seasoning in half. Add a bag or two of 16 oz. Original Crawfish Shrimp & Crab Boil or 14 oz. Spicy CAJUN FIRE Crawfish Shrimp & Crab Boil and repeat the same soaking process.

Gather your crew, roll up your sleeves, and dive in. There’s nothing like the taste of a perfectly seasoned crawfish boil to make memories that last a lifetime.
