No propane? No problem! Take your seafood boil inside with Louisiana Fish Fry’s NEW Concentrated Stovetop Boil. Packed with flavor you can see, our concentrated stovetop boil is a special blend of pepper mash, spices and buttery flavors that help take your stovetop boil up a notch. This simple recipe is all you need to enjoy a boil year round.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Seafood - shrimp, crawfish, crabs, lobster or a combination
  • Louisiana Fish Fry Original Stovetop Boil
  • Ice

    Stovetop Boil 16 oz

    PREPARATION

    • Fill a large stock pot with just enough water to cover your seafood. Add 1 jar of Original Stovetop Boil for every 2 lbs of seafood. Stir well and bring to a rolling boil.
    • Add seafood. Return to a rolling boil. Boil seafood as indicated below.
    • Stop cooking process by turning off burner and adding ice. Lt seafood soak for 15 – 20 minutes. Boil to an internal temperature of 145°.
    • Seafood Cooking Timetable: Shrimp – Boil 2-3 minutes Crabs – Boil 10-15 minutes Lobster Tails – Boil 3-4 minutes

    PRO TIPS

    Extra Flavor for Boils

    For stocks and boils, try replacing some of the water with clam juice. The brininess will bring out the seafood flavor.

    Custom Boil Ingredients

    People get wild with add-ons to their seafood boil, from pineapples to sweet potato to artichoke. Cook each according to its density. Put delicate veggies in a laundry bag and pull them out as soon as they’re cooked.
