This Cajun Egg Salad has the fire everyone’s heart desires. Get a hearty hit of cajun flavor with this Louisiana twist on a lunchtime classic.


  • 1 dozen hard-boiled eggs, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1/3 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1 rib celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Louisiana Fish Fry Cajun Seasoning, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Louisiana Fish Fry Cajun Mashed Pepper Sauce, or to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed and creamy.
    Taste for seasoning and add more flavor as desired.
    Place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving to allow flavors to combine.
