What Are Our Shipping & Delivery Methods?

LouisianaFishFry.com uses two shipping methods: U.S. Postal Service or UPS package delivery

U.S. Postal Service is used to ship all orders to APO/FPO addresses and orders outside the continental United States.

UPS package delivery is the primary method of shipping for items weighing less than 150 pounds. In addition to standard ground service, we offer a two-day option and an overnight delivery option. Additional fees are charged for expedited shipping (see shipping rates table below).

Method Location: U.S. Postal Service to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico and International locations.

All Orders for APO/FPO Addresses: All Post Office boxes where a physical address is not available

UPS: 48 continental United States

What Are Our Shipping & Delivery Rates?

U.S. Postal Service rates are charged for orders shipping outside the 48 continental United States.

Charges are based on the table below.

When Will My Order Arrive?

UPS Shipped Items:

Shipping time is the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it takes a product to reach you from the date it is shipped from the Louisiana Fish Fry warehouse. The shipping time should be added to the number of days estimated for product availability.

Product availability is indicated on the Product Summary page for each item. For UPS, ground shipping times vary from one to five business days depending on the proximity of your shipping address to our warehouse.

Orders placed after 2 p.m. (Central Time) on Thursday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday through Friday.

To determine how long it will take an item to arrive, add together the availability time and the shipping time.

Example 1: Overnight Air

Order placed: Tuesday before 2 p.m.

Availability (This item typically ships within two business days): Wednesday or Thursday

Overnight delivery: Arrive Thursday or Friday

Example 2: UPS Ground

Order placed: Friday

Availability (This item typically ships within two business days): Monday or Tuesday

Ground Delivery: Order will arrive at shipping address between Wednesday and the following Tuesday (depending on the proximity of the shipping address to our warehouse).

How Do We Ship & Deliver Multiple Items?

LouisianaFishFry.com ships items as they are available; therefore you may receive more than one delivery if you purchase several items.

Items that will ship separately:

Items are not available in our warehouses on the same day.

Returns/Exchanges
Due to the possibility of product tampering or product alteration, product returns create an unacceptable product liability for Louisiana Fish Fry Product. Only products that have been sent in error by Louisiana Fish Fry may be retuned for replacement or credit.

Louisiana Fish Fry Products encourages all customers to order responsibly.

Returns Process

Home Delivered Items
Call 1-800-356-2905 to arrange for product pick-up. There is a $10.00 per trip charge for pickup of home delivered merchandise. If the wrong product was delivered or the product arrives damaged, the pickup fee will be waived.

Mail-In Returns
All UPS Shipped items can be returned by mail. Your refund will be in the original form of payment. Shipping cost will be refunded only if the product was damaged during delivery or if the wrong item was shipped.

Cancellations Process

UPS Shipped Items
UPS shipped orders are processed immediately. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. However, you may refuse the merchandise upon delivery. A refund will be issued once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse. If you have received the merchandise, you can simply return it by mail or call to arrange a pickup. The $10.00 per trip pickup charge will apply.
