Tastiest breading for chicken and fish!
We discovered this breading after my husband was told by his doctor to go on a low fat diet. Our favorite use is to pound a chicken breast, dip in egg whites and the Chicken and Fish Bake, and bake it. It's easy, fast, and the chicken is moist and has a lot of flavor, even the next day! Changing to a low fat lifestyle is EASY when you have good tasting products like this!
