Tooooo salty

DISPOSED OF ENTIRE DINNER TOOOOO SALTY. ALL I ADDED WAS SHRIMP AND SAUSAGE WHICH HAD TO BE TOSSED DUE TO SALT.

I'm a La. native living in Pa. I served the Shrimp Creole to my family and friends and they raved over it. They wanted seconds and thirds. They wanted me to make it again and again so I ordered a #10 box of the mix. It is so easy to make. I'll be making it for all of my family parties in the future

Oh so good.....

Wow, is this stuff the best or what? It is so good, I couldn't stop eating it. It was so easy to make, too. Just put some leftover chicken in it, and wah-lah, a great supper along with a salad. You all must try it.

We order it by the case, occasionally we share with friends who seem to rave over it. We cook it with sausage, chicken and cruncy red, yellow, orange, and green pepers. It is not only visually appealing but taste equally is good.

Great taste & easy to make

Wanted to bring some of that great cajun food north to michigan. The jambalaya mix was extremely easy to make and was perfectly seasoned. The whole family loved it!

My wife and I bought this at a Piggly Wiggly while on a mission trip to do relief work in St. Bernard Parish this last summer. I cooked it up and took it to our family thanksgiving to offer "something different." My picky niece (14) who doesn't like anything spoke up and asked everyone. "Have you tried the Jambalaya? Best jambalaya mix i've purchased

I prepared this jambalaya using smoked sausage. My picky kids, 8 and 4, and my even pickier husband, loved it! I like the fact that the rice is fluffy but not sticky. And the seasonings are just right...not too spicy, but with a little kick. I've tried several jambalaya mixes in the past, but now I know just which one to buy, over and over again.

Great taste!

For a long time, I only used the competitors' mix. But when I saw this in the store, I said>>>"ill try it". Now I definitely prefer this brand. It's hard for me to catch in the store( not carried on a regular basis). So I will be ordering online from now on.

Better than all the rest

Recently the store I get my jambalaya mix from stopped carrying the competitor's mixes. The others''s was too expensive for my cheap tastes, so I tried Louisiana Fish Fry's version. It was not only a good value, but better than the other 2! It was more authentic and just more flavorful altogether,

Love this stuff!!

I'm a very very picky eater and don't like much of anything. But I fell in love with this Jambalaya mix. We only add chicken and hot links in ours and I like to make it extra spicy. We serve it at all our parties. I wish the stores in my area still carried this product but as long as I can order it online I'll be ok. :)

The best i've found

This is better than Zatarains. I like the spice better and all around, it is very tasty. Try using Spicy sausage, chicken and shrimp together. I did add some diced tomatoes to it also. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. This is a regular in our house. My husband just loves it.

The best that i have tried.

I have tried numerous products to find what I consider to be the best. I have stopped looking. I have some very good ones and some dogs, that my dog wouldn't even eat. My wife who hates the stuff even said that this was really good, but too spicy for her tastes. She doesn't eat it anyway so that is fine.

The best - keep the rest!

I've tried the others, especially that advertised brand, but once I found your Louisiana Cajun Jambalaya Mix I found really good eating. I make two packages at a time and add about 3/4s of pound each of smoked ham, smoked sausage and chicken, let it cook 15 minutes and then add 1/2 to one pound of shrimp (depends on how I feel that night). The leftovers are great heated for lunch or for another dinner. Spicey and full of flavor but not hot (my wife can't take hot)

Really good stuff!

This mix was quick, easy to use, and tasted excellent... I used polska kielbasa sausage and also added half each of a green pepper and red pepper with the mix and water... made it really pretty and added flavor.

Off the wall rockin!!!

I tried this by mistake and this is one time that a mistake really paid off!!! I am not a natural cook and this was easy to make, cooked in a relatively small amount of time and when i finished...I just had to eat the whole thing and even though I got really filled up. GREAT PRODUCT!!!

Tops in taste

Easy to use witha great taste. I boiled it as instructions said but with NO meat. When I put it on to simmer for the 20-25 minutes I added crawfish tails. The next day I put a can of tomatoes & chili peppers. Absolutely delicious.

I visited New Orleans and enjoyed the unique flavors and spices of Louisiana cooking. I found Cajun Jambalaya Mix from Louisiana Fish Fry Products in a gift shop and bought it because I wanted my family to experience New Orleans, too. They tried and couldn't believe it! This mix took the ordinary barnyard chicken and elevated it to the top of cajun cooking! I want a case!
