- 1 package Louisiana Fish Fry Cajun Jambalaya Mix (7.5 oz)
- 1 cooked rotisserie chicken deboned and cut into small pieces
- 1 pound smoked sausage cut into small pieces
- 1 small chopped onion
- 3 stalks fine cut celery
- 2 1/4 cups of water
Combine cooked meat and contents of package with water in a medium sauce pan and stir. Bring to a boil, stir and cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Stir ONCE while cooking. Let sit 5 minutes, serve, and ENJOY!
