Louisiana Tuna Salad Remoulade

INGREDIENTS
 
7 oz can of tuna fish
 
¼ cup mayonaisse
 
 
1 tbsp chopped celery
 
½  cup sweet pickle relish
 
1 tbsp chopped onion
 
1 hard boiled egg chopped
 
Salt & Pepper to taste
 
Optional- Sliced apples, walnuts
 
 
DIRECTIONS
 
Drain tuna, break into pieces.  Combine next seven ingredients lightly.  Servce on lettuce, bread, or stuff tomoto.
