- Louisiana Fish Fry Products Homestyle Cornbread Mix
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup jalapeños, diced
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan or cast-iron skillet and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine Cornbread Mix with melted butter, milk, diced jalapeños, cheddar cheese, and egg. Stir until just combined and mixture is smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake at 400°F for 18-20 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Enjoy!
