Swap out the traditional taters for zucchini and dress it up with our Air Fryer mix (and trade your everyday ketchup for our zesty remoulade)! This recipe comes to us from Kristin from Louisiana Fish Fry’s sales department.
Ingredients
- 1 box Louisiana Fish Fry Air Fryer Chicken Coating Mix
- 1 egg
- 1 large zucchini
Optional Ingredients for Serving
- Louisiana Fish Fry Products Remoulade Sauce
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Slice the zucchini into strips. In a shallow dish, add beaten egg mixture. In another shallow dish, pour Air Fryer Chicken Seasoned Coating Mix.
- Dip the zucchini in the egg wash, then firmly press in Seasoned Coating Mix until completely coated. Shake off excess and place zucchini in air fryer basket in a single layer. Work in batches if needed.
- Lightly spray zucchini with cooking spray and air fry at 370°F for 10-12 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking time. Serve with Remoulade Sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
