Boiled Shrimp Salad
Great served with Louisiana Fish Fry Products Remoulade Dressing. Makes 2 large salads
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb unpeeled shrimp
1 5 oz bag Louisiana Fish Fry Products Crawfish Crab & Shrimp Boil
1 tomato cut into chuncks
1/2 head iceberg lettuce chopped
1 bottle Louisiana Fish Fry Products Remoulade Dressing
2 hardboiled eggs
Green onions chopped for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Boil shrimp according to directions on Crawish Boil package
Once cooled, peel shrimp
Assemble lettuce, tomato and egg on salad plates
Top with shrimp and green onions
Serve with Remoulade Dressing.
