Quick and Easy Shrimp Creole
Great for quick weeknight dinners
INGREDIENTS:
5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Louisiana Fish Fry Shrimp Creole Mix
2 cups water
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 lb peeled shrimp
Cooked Rice
DIRECTIONS:
Melt margarine in saucepan
Add Shrimp Creole mix and cook over low heat for 1-2 minutes stirring constantly
Add water and tomato sauce
Cook uncovered for 15 minutes on low heat, stirring often
Add shrimp and cook for 15 minutes
Serve over rice
