- Moisten protein or vegetables well in cold water.
- Firmly press protein or vegetables into the Seasoned Coating Mix until coated completely.
- Shake off excess and place protein or vegetables in air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 375°F for 10-15 minutes (15-20 minutes for bone in protein). Flip halfway through cooking time and lightly spray with cooking spray. Finished product should be golden brown and have an internal temperature of 145°F for seafood, pork, or beef and 165°F for chicken.
